Yes, you can still use the peel if your skin doesn’t have pimples. The Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel is actually designed to deal with the scars/marks left behind by acne. So, it’s ideal that you don’t have any active acne at all before beginning the peel.
